Hi there. My name is Matei Stanca and I make websites and stuff.
I’m one of the developers behind Neurocracy and work with cool people at Consensus Enterprises.
I absolutely love the web and its potential. I’ve been designing and programming web sites since the early 2000s. I’m entirely self-taught through both trial and error and by constantly keeping up with a variety of prominent web developers and advocates.
My focus is primarily in UX design, accessibility, responsive design, and writing elegant and reusable systems. Having developed on a number of platforms, including WordPress, I’ve found to be the most flexible and enjoyable to work with. Over time, I’ve come to specialize heavily in Drupal and its ecosystem, contributing code and fixes to various Drupal.org projects and even writing my own framework which can be found on and .
